Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, Plaster Repair, Drywall Contractor, Drywall Finishing, Interior Painting, Wall Plastering, Drywall Patching provided by DAAT DRYWALL. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. DAAT DRYWALL (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. DAAT DRYWALL makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, DAAT DRYWALL's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify DAAT DRYWALL from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.
Term Changes. DAAT DRYWALL may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
